Child Law
We provide advice on all aspects of public law involving children. We work extensively on behalf of children who are the subject of care orders, represented through court appointed guardians ad litem and represent parents in child care proceedings. Our legal services include taking cases against the State where children are at risk. We have a strong interest in the constitutional position of Children and the Family and can provide advice in this area. We have a track record of advocating on behalf of children's rights in the public law field.
