Criminal Law
We offer advice on all aspects of criminal law, including financial crime, public order, assault, criminal damage, firearms, sexual offences and road traffic offences. We deal with summary and indictable matters and have experience in the District, Circuit, Central criminal courts and also the Court of Criminal Appeal. We have a particular interest and expertise in the area of juvenile justice and our Partner dealing with this has been involved in a number of precedent cases, resulting in high court judgements. Related to this area, we offer advice on all aspects of prison law and have a particular concern for the rights of prisoners detained in inappropriate facilities.
