Gallagher Shatter regularly advises clients in the area of Employment Law including the preparation of employment contracts and representation in unfair and wrongful dismissal cases. We have long standing experience before the Employment Appeals Tribunal and have also represented Senior Civil Servants, Trades Unions and their members, Prison Officers and Bank Officials in High Court Employment Law proceedings. Brian Gallagher is a former consultant in Labour Law to the Law Society of Ireland.
