Gallagher Shatter has substantial experience in all aspects of family law. The firm was the first firm in Ireland to have a separate family law unit and is widely recognised as the pioneer in this field of law. Our legal services address divorce, domestic violence, marriage breakdown, nullity, separation, child abduction, childcare, custody, guardianship, visitation rights and paternity disputes, maintenance, financial, property, life policy and pension adjustment orders, and domestic and inter country adoptions. We can also provide legal advice on the provisions and implications for you of the Civil Partnership Act 2010 which was recently enacted into law.

Aidan is a member of the Family Law Committee of the Law Society of Ireland, and of the Association of Collaborative Practitioners. He is a fully trained Family Law Mediator.
