Our Managing Partner, Brian Gallagher, represents several Foreign Embassies in Dublin and has advised extensively on diplomatic relations and immunities. Brian's knowledge of Spanish uniquely equips him to advise on the application of Irish Law to non-nationals. He is a member of the Institute of European Affairs. He holds a Royal Decoration from the Spanish Government. Gallagher Shatter is therefore well positioned to advise on matters of international and diplomatic law. Gallagher Shatter has represented many foreign nationals in, for example, property purchases and claims for compensation arising out of injuries sustained in Ireland.
