Our advice extends to loans and mortgages, insurance, planning permission, commercial and residential leases, stamp duty and tax relief. The firm provides Conveyancing services to a number of prestigious clients including the Industrial Development Agency (Ireland).

We have carried out a detailed study of the proposed NAMA legislation and are in a position to advise those whose loans and properties may be affected by that legislation, and also those who might wish to purchase properties or loans from NAMA.

Our Managing Partner Brian Gallagher is a former convener of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association Conveyancing Committee and former Chairman of the Law Society's Conveyancing Committee.He continues to be a member of both. He has written and lectured and has acted as an expert witness on various conveyancing matters.
