Landlord and Tenant Matters
The firm has many years' experience advising clients in relation to disputes between Landlords and Tenants and the preparation of leases, both commercial and residential, and tenancy agreements. Brian Gallagher represented many clients when the Housing (Private Rented Dwellings) Acts came into operation, and has done a particular study of the Residential Tenancies Act 2004 which is now in force. He was a member of the Dublin Solicitors' Bar Association Sub-Committee which revised the DSBA Residential Tenancy Agreement to harmoial Tenancies Act 2004 which is now in force. He was a member of the Dublin Solicitors' Bar Association Sub-Committee which revised the DSBA Residential Tenancy Agreement to harmonise it with the Residential Tenancies Act 2004 and prepared precedent Notices of Termination.
