Tribunals of Enquiry
Our Managing Partner Brian Gallagher has substantial expertise in representing clients before Tribunals of Enquiry. He represented one of the chief witnesses in the Morris Tribunal Module concerning allegations against the Garda Siochana regarding hoax explosives finds in County Donegal. Our partner Alan Shatter has been a member of Dail Eireann (the Irish Parliament) for over 25 years (apart from a 5 year gap), and in that capacity was a member of and actively involved in parliamentary Committees. He was a member of the parliamentary Committee enquiring into the Abbeylara Tragedy.
