About Mary

Mary is a senior associate having joined the firm in 1998.

With over twenty years of experience, her expertise in relation to property lies in conveyancing and leasing of both residential and commercial property, as well as Landlord and Tenant Law generally.  Mary has advised on all aspect of residential sales and purchases. Mary also acts for both landlords and tenants in both residential and commercial transactions.


Mary also advises extensively in relation to sales, acquisition and leases of industrial lands and factory and office premises.


Mary advises clients in relation to all aspects of wills and estate planning as well as grants of probate and administration of estates. Mary also has significant experience and expertise in probate related litigation.


Mary is also an expert and advises extensively on Enduring Powers of Attorney and Wardship matters.
