Niamh is an associate having joined the firm as a trainee in 2008 and qualifying in 2011.
Niamh’s main practice area is litigation, in particular Family Law, Employment Law, Debt Recovery and Personal Injuries.
Niamh advises clients on all aspects of family law in relation to Maintenance/ Access/ Custody applications, Domestic Violence, Relocation, Separation Agreements, Judicial Separation and Divorce. Niamh regularly represents clients in the District Court. Niamh is involved in family law proceedings in the Circuit and High Court.
Niamh has represented clients in the Employment Appeals Tribunal in relation to unfair dismissals cases. She has advised clients in the areas of redundancy and bullying and harassment in the workplace. She has acted in Judicial Review cases.
Niamh has extensive experience and expertise in representing clients in Personal Injuries cases, including accidents at work, slip and falls and catastrophic injuries cases.
Niamh acts for clients in Debt Recovery cases from District Court level to High Court. She advises clients in relation to enforcement of foreign judgments and recovery of debts arising outside the State.
