The ideal applicant must possess the following qualities:
Relevant direct experience in conveyancing law, and in particular should have experience of
– taking instructions and communicating with clients
– the steps involved in a residential and commercial conveyancing
with some experience of drafting transaction documentation and
– commercial leasing including a knowledge of the documentation
and concepts involved;
– stamping and registration and dealing with lending institutions
Excellent communication skills;
The ability to work to deadlines;
The ability to work as part of a team;
The ability to highlight areas and cases of interest and prepare related articles / commentary.
A basic working knowledge of probate law.
